"Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent ..."

Great Onsen Experience
"The onsen experience was wonderful. The hot and cold tubs were very relaxing. The refreshments afterwards were also great. The rooms and hotel are clean and fairly modern."

"The location is very good and convenient to the train station- 3min walk. The view from the property is amazing. The room was very spacious and with fantastic view too. Staff is super friendly. Included dinners were excellent. Breakfasts was good enough."
