The swimming pool is very well maintained every day. They really have their act together. The breakfast buffet is over-the-top in quality, with ever so many choices of delicious food. "

"We stayed 1 week here. When we entered the room, the floor was dirty. Frequently, they did not provide towels unless you asked. When called for towels at 9 pm, they asked to wait until 10 pm due to unavailability of the towels. Twice, the water ran out because of shut electricity. When we called to complain, the phone also did not work. The room was actually quite nice and spacious for the price. However, due to the poor service, I would not recommend to stay here unless all the hotels were...

"There is a blockage in the AC, before midnight water was poured down and wet the floor. I called reception and reported. Room key doesn’t work and we couldn’t get in. Has to go back downstairs again and get the key to go in. They moved us to the room with leaking tap. Water going down the wash basin every time we use. On our early staying someone knocked on the door at 6:45 am and said room services when I was praying. Received called from the guy in the restaurant who said waitress forgot the...
