"Hotel provided a pass for the tram into the downtown for our entire stay. This was great and made getting around very convenient. It was, I think, one stop to the train station and another stop to the downtown. Rooms clean, comfortable and larger than tropical European hotel rooms. Breakfast was good."

Cleanliness was also a major problem: there was visible dust, and the towels had a very bad smell. In addition, the bedroom lighting was so weak that the room was almost dark at night.
