The 2 top price rooms we booked were spacious and comfortable - but were overlooking the main road through town and we realised that we wouldn't be able to sleep. "The hotel has wrong address mentioned which is helping them to get booking even for different location. The front desk incharge along with General Manager of the hotel are cheat. Despite several requests they gave their full effort to charge us even knowing that they have mentioned wrong address and due to which booking was made there. They aren't cooperative at all. It seems that The General Manager himself is very focused on cheating people and generating money from where ever he can. This...

"The overall ambience is good. Staff is very polite and good. The hotel, I was told is under renovation. Hence, it had no rooms for drivers, which was a negative. Also, had to sweat for one night since the electricity went out and there was no fuel in the generator. The room was cosy and amenities in the room were good, though the bathroom seemed a bit cramped. The food is great, bar is well stocked and the overall decor is pleasant, room service is excellent.
