"The staff are most attentive. There could be more spice in the food and they could theme the food by day as it was all pretty similar most days. Also it caters more towards German tourists as everything is in Euros and the staff speak more German than English however this was not a problem for us. The facilities including pools, rooms, bar, gaming room and spa are fantastic. We had an excellent holiday here and would love to go again."

"We were there 2 nights. Very quiet. Entertainment after show finished could be better. Can hear sister hotel villa residence partying ...you feel your missing out. Over all hotel lovely and we got an upgrade to a suite...thank you hotel villa ....great stay. We were uk family with 1 child age 9 "

"Second visit here, loved it so much first time, decided to book again. Great experience as before, in fact was a little bit more lively as it had more people, but still great. only given it 4 stars for staff purely because, the lady who cleaned our room, walked in on us THREE TIMES using her own key, showing us she had clean her room. It's very rude and evasion of our privacy. Other than that love it here"
