Beautiful hotel with poor service
"The hotel facilities are excellent. Comfortable room, great spa, wonderful breakfast options. But… service is poor. Room service is excruciatingly slow. We had to call three times for a beer. Service at breakfast is sloppy. Twenty minutes after we arrived, we had finished eating and coffee was still ..."
