Absolutely outstanding stay! This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
The location is perfect — getting to the hills was effortless, whether by train or bus. Everything was convenient and stress-free, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was truly amazing, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality options. The evening cheese and sausages refreshment was a wonderful touch and such a thoughtful addition after a full day out.
The brand-new saunas and swimming pool are exceptional. The spa area is modern, beautifully designed, and perfect for relaxing.
A perfect 5-star experience — we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"I never leave reviews but this hotel is now my favorite hotel. It is so warm, the staff is i creditable, the massage therapist is the best, the front desk was so helpful, the dinning staff are better than the best restaurants in the U.S., house keeping os the best I have every seen, and Marco in the bar is my new best friend. I wish I could have stayed longer. They are the beat and I look forward to my next visit. Do yourself a favor and book this place for you next vacation."

Room was very hot, and I couldn't find a way to turn the heating down, but it was very cold outside with minus temperatures "

"We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The lounge/restaurant area was a lovely space to relax by the fire and have something to eat and drink. The rooms were nice but could do with some extra features like somewhere to put the suitcase and some better lighting (it was too dark). We also found very limited bathroom amenities for a hotel of this standard. For example a one product "does everything" which I find is more of a 3 star hotel feature. "
