"This was my first time visiting Bali, and staying at Onyx was a great experience. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and responsive whenever we had a request. The restaurants within the hotel were also very good, with great food and a nice atmosphere. I didn’t personally use the spa during my stay, but it looked beautiful and well maintained. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Onyx and would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip to Bali. The friendly service and attention to detail really stood out!"
