Rude receptionist and not sure about cleanliness

W were greeted by a very rude and impatient receptionist during check in because we forgot that we booked two rooms under two names instead of one. Rooms are spacious but cleanliness was questionable.

Hôtel très bien pour 1 nuit.

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit seulement en transit. L’hôtel est très bien par contre, à part la mosquée, il n’y a rien à voir à Kuantan.

Staff should be trained in hospitality.

The staff are not courteous at all. They should be trained in hospitality. They don't even smile or greet the guests. The room was not ready even we reached at 3pm. When we went up to the room, the air-conditioning was leaking but they changed our room but have to wait another 30 minutes. The room is ok but could be better. Overall, the service is bad.

I booked family room through expedia. Came here and was told that room is unavailable even when payment already made a month in advance. Finally was offered separate rooms. Staff (girls) not customer friendly. Not coming back!

Not too bad

We had a smelly room at first when we checked in. We complaint and they sent someone to spray the room with some kind of perfume. After returning from dinner, the smell was still there. We complaint another time to the receptionist and after awhile, i received a call from the hotel. The person in charge offered us to shift to another room. The new room was okay.

The location was excellent. We were able to get to our destination very easily. The price was reasonable. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and housekeeping staff was very polite and professional. We will be staying here again.
