Berjaya Hills Golf & Country Club is a very good hotel up in the highlands, surrounded by a serene and peaceful jungle. Hotel staff were polite and helpful from the moment we entered the hotel. Room is spacious and super clean, with good shower pressure and heat. Airconditioning is very good and cleaniliness is very good. Will surely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berjaya Hills!

We didnt like feeling that we were in a prison. Our chalet had barred windows. For security we suspect. Overall, very good but the room service was not really. We ran out of toilet roll. A distinct no/no in our books. Overall ok.

Facilities are old and not maintained, environment ghostssy. No people in security guard even reception at night, look like an abandoned place. Not safe at all. Even thought website show few room left, but actually only few room occupied. Breakfast food is not nice, the stain on the tablecloth looked like never changed and cleaned. Not worth.

Effort of cleanness is needed

Room is big with acceptable clean, just the furniture really antique with smell. Toilet need spend some effort to clean it. Staff is helpful. Surrounding no where to go at night.

Great place to rest but hotel needs upgrading

Quite & peaceful but pls look into the maintenance & upgrading of the building (still using key to room). No guard on duty at the entrance on both times we were here. Signange at road entrance is also not available (we got lost the first time). However, staff are friendly and service was up to mark
