Expensive room but poor service, really not worth.

Book family room and requested to check in early around 2pm but the receiptionist insist that they only allow check in at 3pm so we have to wait at the lobby for 1 hour with our kids. The lobby is warm seem like their airconditioner is not functioning very well. We stay in room 2016 but the card is not functioning need to call the staff regarding the card it took us around 15minutes to enter the room. The room was nice and clean, but the staff and the service they provide is not so good. After dinner the card refuse to open our door again, it takes us around 10 minutes to enter the room.

The staff were all very friendly. It's just the room I was in had a little problem with ants and the air conditioning was not that cold. Overall it was good.

Clean and comfortable budget hotel !

Very happy with this hotel, location good , near eateries and also dobi. Family room with 2 king size beds and 2 single beds, cleanliness up to expectations, and with 2 bathrooms! Will definitely come again if we go to Kuala Terengganu again!

The room door lock are likely malfunctions upon accessing to the hotel room. Even though obtain the staff support for it, but it seems like it doesn't care the problem. (Main issues, unable to open the room door and require to consume up to 5 min in order to enter the room whenever needed)

I was signed to a filthy room. It appears not to be occupied for a while... Very dust and lots of dead bugs and spider webs. It has a smell of stale cigarettes. I requested to switch to a non-smoking room and it was also dirty and smelly. Mirrors and shower glass have streak marks. The carpet in the hallway is old and smelly. The room has a working table butt no chair. The closet is absolutely gross and unacceptable to be called a hotel. I'm planning to come back next year but will not stay here.

Nice hotel in town

Easy to reach restaurant and other shop. Not far from Pasar Payang and Dataran Syahbandar to walk around. Very reasonable price to stay.

地点方便，吃的，用的什么都在附近。 酒店满旧，三人房非常小，没有窗口，冷气声音太大。

Disgusting!!!

Bed sheets were not changed. Hair found on bed, floor and toilet. Room is full of ants. Wardrobe smell. The only good thing is the private parking.

Convenient transit hotel

Convenient and clean transit hotel with spa avail to/from Redang Island. Family room was spacious. Jetty is just 5mins away. Lots of souvenir shop opposite jetty. Lots of eateries nearby hotel eg Taman Selera Seafood along beach, Delicious street food, Secret Recipe, Uncle Chin restaurant and Chix Cottage. Laundromat and 7-Eleven avail too.
