Everyone had the same expression when I told them I was going to take a 9-hr bus ride from Penang to Kuala Terengganu to photograph mosques - a VERY confused look, since there's nothing else really to do here. Hope this answered their doubts! This is known as the first floating mosque (masjid terapung) in Malaysia and can accommodate up to 2000 attendees at a time.
