All the staff gave 5 star service. Everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. On my first night my room 126 had noisy traffic outside but staff moved me next day to 123 which was much appreciated. My room looked onto the lovely pool area. Hotel was very clean with fresh towels and bottles of water daily A big thanks to Manager Rosada and all her team

Great. Should have communicated early advising the beach was closed. Otherwise it was brilliant!!!

Staff incredibly helpful and kind the whole stay. Rooms are modern and clean with daily housekeeping and fresh waters. Pools and surroundings (deck chairs etc) are clean and nice. Buffet breakfast had a good variety and tasted nice.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay here in Langkawi. From the moment we arrived, the team greeted us with genuine warmth and made each of us—from our youngest child to the grandparents—feel right at home. Every detail had clearly been thought through in advance, so check-in was seamless and our rooms were perfectly prepared for a family of seven. I truly recommend this property especially for family with kids!
