"There were no Non Smoking room at the building. But I booked nonsmoking room. Cockroach was present in the room and bad odor from smoking was present from the previous guests. "When we requested water and cleaning service, they either delayed or refused us. Sometimes the toilet was very clogged in our room. And the breakfast was not at the expected quality.
