The room was clean and well-equipped (AC, good Wi-Fi), and the manager was calm, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. However, several issues are unacceptable for a 3-star hotel. Hot water lasts barely 10 minutes per shower before turning cold. The toilet seat was also broken, which shows a clear lack of maintenance. The biggest problem is the lack of transparency.
