Moreover - they don’t bother to pickup calls at the front desk. Poor experience and poor communication. The hotel itself is nice and clean. Good location. "Sehr schönes Appartement, klein aber fein und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war ausreichend für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Es ist alles in der Nähe was man benötigt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurant, Wechselstube bei Bedarf ecta.ist vor Ort. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, steht gerne bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Schade das der Weg zum Strand etwas weit ist, man benötigt min. 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Swinemünde ist herrlich, wir würden wieder kommen. "

"Her har man faktisk en helt ekte sjøutsikt, i alle fall i tredje etasje hvor vi bodde. Det er vedlig kort vei til stranden, og anlegget er nytt og fint. Området rundt er livlig, men nesten uten biltraffik og ingen bråkete utesteder i nærheten. (Noe som nok kan være litt problem nærmere sentrum). Vi kom på sykkel langs den "Baltiske" ruten som passerer rett utenfor, og kunne sette syklene i garasjen for biler under huset, veldig greit! "

Die Apartments waren stets sauber, die Lage an Promenade und Strand sehr gut und wir hatten schöne Kurzurlaube. In den letzten Aufenthalten hat sich einiges verändert (u. a. keine Rezeption mehr, wechselnde Check-in-Abläufe), womit wir noch zurechtkamen. Beim vorletzten Aufenthalt gab es bereits Probleme mit unangenehmem Geruch im Zimmer (vermutlich Lüftung), der trotz Meldung nicht behoben...
