"Very beautiful location, very nice rooms. Sweet staff, nice restaurant "

"Nice relaxing place we always stay here."

"This hotel claims that the staff speak English and Geeman. The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset). "It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

"Good position in center of city. "

"Sehr schöne Bad-und Saunaanlage. Was nicht schön war, war der A la Cart Raum. 9 Tische in einem Raum ohne Fenster, keine schöne Atmosphäre. Frühstück war ok."

"Excellent hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. Small kitchen, unfortunately without microwave. Hotel is located in a very quiet but beautiful surrounding. Not much to do in the village of Schöneck, so for restaurants or shopping you need to take a trip."

"Uns hat das Gesamtpaket von dem Hotel gefallen. Hervorzuheben war das Essen/hervorragende Köchin, sehr nettes Personal und eine schöne Sauna. Weiter so....."

"Very nice place to stay. Front desk staff is the friendliest and most helpful that I've seen for a long time. Good buffet breakfast selection. Spa and pool a short walk from hotel and the prices were reasonable. We will stay here again"
