"Clean inside. Spacious. Customer service responsive but disappointed that it's not allowed to cancel the 3rd day booking despite giving more than 48 hrs notice. WiFi weak in the bedroom. Poor location and suggested for winter stay. Hard to walk to the town centre if poor weather condition. "

The area around the hotel was very safe, walkable and plenty of authentic food around, especially if you into pork cuisine. All in all, pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. "

Aman, from the front desk, gave us tips on must eats while in Sarajevo which made our experience even better. We plan on coming back to movenpick out next time in Sarajevo."
