Anyway, they gave us an another room but without the shower even without mentioning of compensation and excuses. Everything was terrible. Completely terrible. "Absolutely loved our stay in this nice, spacious apartment with fantastic hosts. The location is superb - just a short walk to the centre and all the attractions, and very recently even shorter thanks to a glorious new stone-built stairway right opposite the block down to town. Great walks right from the front door, including a famous one starting directly next to the block, heading up towards the gondolas at Czarny Potok, which will take you up to Jaworzyna Krynicka. The hosts were great...

"I do like the structure, those enclosed bridges allowing you to enjoy the view is really amazing. Customer service was nice to us, after informing Small suites, no too much space between bed/sofa and wall. if you are there in summer time and you need a bit warmer room please let the front desk know in advance and they will make it happen, I didn’t do it and later when I tried to request it was difficult to get a hold with front desk since phones in rooms doesn’t work and my special communication with front desk it didn’t work at that time , son we slept in cold room . was cold that night. We didn’t get to enjoy the restaurant, when we went there no one greet us or pay attention to us. That was weird , so we went to next hotel up the hill and we had good dinner there . other than that, we will recommend this hotel for a nice family time ."

"Hotel is ok. Terrible view. Food in the restaurant was worse we had this whole trip. Got GT and aperol spritz. Both flat no bubbles. Hotel has a cigar and rum bar attached to it. Absolute GEM!!! The waiter was very knowledgeable. Did a custom rum tasting for us. Would definitely come back to this bar. "
