When booking, it stated that the room would be assigned at check-in. However, upon arrival, we were told it would cost nearly $200 more to get a room with two queen beds, while a single-bed option was available at no extra charge—even though our reservation was for three guests.
We were eventually given a room with two queen beds on the 6th floor. While it was clean, it felt very outdated. The bathtub had yellow stains, the shower floor was cracked, the walls had noticeable stains, and the windowsill was quite dusty. Also our toilet would randomly bubble and spill water out. We called the front desk but nobody ever came to the room.
Overall, the stay was okay, but based on this experience, we likely wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
