The rooms are so quiet (mine was near street level and it was so quiet and the curtains were so dark I thought it was like 3am when it was 8am) the staff is lovely and helpful. The spa is beautiful and the restaurant is one of the best restaurants I have *ever eaten in (and I have eaten in some great restaurants) the location could not be more convenient. "

Received mixed instructions from reception and handy man. Why can't this be in a welcome booklet, saving guests all the anxiety? Sauna area was good but there was no convenient way from...
