"Family friendly hotel, rooms are small though... Food is good and so are the amenities"

"The food options are good, staff are courteous and responsive and rooms have all the amenities and well provided."

"Great stay and service, but watch the parking! The Grand Mercure Mysore offers good rooms, helpful staff, and a tasty breakfast buffet. My only complaint was the parking near the entrance. Pigeons pooped all over my car, so the hotel really needs better bird netting or deterrents in that area. Overall a good experience—just ask for a sheltered parking spot!"

"The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on."
