We wanted something remote, away from people, noise and crowds, just a place to relax, read a book in peace, do some hiking and enjoy the scenery. We got that and so much more, it was absolutely breathtaking and serene. The best part is in the evenings when the mountain is closed to public. Everyone there was so nice and helpful, I wish we could have stayed longer.

Visiting Mt Pilatus is one thing, but staying on the property after all of the other tourists leave around 5 PM is a truly incredible experience. There is dinner served for hotel guests with the ability to catch an amazing sunset and moon rise all from the same spot. We hope to be back!

Awesome Hotel with Awesome Views
A stay at this hotel is a must. Beautiful views and the staff are very friendly. Room was comfortable and the resturant service was very good.

Romantic stay
Good evening meal and breakfast. Ambiance could be improved. Standard room only 1 chair, German, French and Italian channels only, only CNN in English. Bed not great and room no charm.

One of the best hotel
One of the best hotel we have stayed there. Beautiful place to enjoy both sun-rise and sun-set as well as stargazing. We also could see ibexes in the morning. The staff was very friendly and polite and the dinner which was included the package was very delicious. We totally recommend this hotel. Thank you.

Eine Nacht im Himmel
Der Blick den ich aus meinem Hotelzimmerfenster hatte, ist mit Worten nicht zu beschreiben. 1700 Meter ueber dem Vierwaldstaetter See, einfach nur phantastisch. Dann das drei Gang Gourmetessen in allerfeisten Ambiente, aufmerksam bedient von einer Schoenheit mit dem Namen Amy. Fruehstuck war das Beste, dass ich seit langer Zeit bekommen hatte. Das Personal koennte nicht freundlicher sein. Ab sofort bin ich dort oben, im Himmel, Stammgast.

Erlebnis pur
Ein einzigartiges Erlebnis in Perfektion. Vom Check-in bis zur Talfahrt! Das beste war, dass wir ein wunderbares 4Gang - Abendessen in romantischem Ambiente bekamen obwohl dies auf Hotel.com gar nicht geschrieben war. Umso größer war unsere Freude. Das Zimmer hatte vom Kaffee bis zur Handcreme alles was man will. Dies mit Sauberkeit und Stil. Die Aussicht auf einem Charles Eames Sessel zu geniessen, war einmalig.
