Cleaning issue

The location and the size of the property was adequate. A nice touch were teabags,z sugar, salt and pepper, olive oil, etc. Whoever the place did a terrible job. The place was dusty, kitchen sticky, very old yellow towels and the toilet wasn't flushed. The competition is brutal in Krakow. There are plenty affordable places this one will be crossed out off my list.

If you are young it’s ok

First of all hotels.com should know the unit was 15 minutes walking away from the office. They were nice got me a uber. The bed was up a steep ladder, dangerous. Also hotels shouldn’t allow a separate cleanup fee added, that’s not advertised in the price
