Das Apartement in der 3. Etage des blauen Hauses, ein altes interessantes Gemäuer. Man tritt heraus und ist sofort auf einen der schönsten Plätze Europas, dem Markt von Krakow mit den Tuchhallen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind ruckizucki, also superschnell erreichbar. Und die polnische Küche kann man auch überall und für jeden Geldbeutel erschwinglich genießen.

When I first reached for krakow at 2:30 i recieved a.message from the proprety saying that i cannot check in before 6:15pm because there no one available to hand me the keys. So i had to roam in the square holding my luggage for like 3 houres until someone showed up and gave me the keys. There is no soap or shampoo in the appartment and they did not inform me. There is a labyrinth of gates and locked doors and stairs to go through before you you reach for the apartment and there is the main gate door at the rynek.square which supposed not to be locked. One night i came back and it was locked at 3:45 midnight and i couldnt reach for the apartment and i had to rent an hotel room to spend my last night untill morning and they didnt offer to compensate apologise properly for that. At least offer to pay half the hotel room.

Location is perfect and right on the main square. Bed was comfortable and the owners were very helpful and responsive. Checkin and check ot was perfect. Great value with everything we needed for our 2 week stay.

Perfect location right on the main square. The service was excellent, communication was excellent by WhatsApp prior to arrival and then a phone call to confirm exact location as maybe a little difficult to find without this. As with all hotels/apartments on the square. Krisystof couldn’t haven’t been more helpful. The only one thing I would say is that there are 98 steps up to the apartment. Not a problem for us but something to bear in mind for anyone with reduced mobility. Other than that a lovely apartment in amazing location and we will be returning.
