As I can see you decided to choose option buffet. We did not receive any negative option at your check-out. Next time we would like to invite you a'la carte breakfast.

Beautiful little Hotel, clean tidy and nicely decorated, Their restaurant was good and reasonably priced but Hotel is also close to lots of other good places to eat, 20 minute walk from the old town, and just an 8 minute walk to the closest train station, would definitely stay again

We stayed here for a festive family break over Christmas. This was the perfect hotel venue as we were booked into a family room from the day of the booking so there were no unexpected surprises. This was a great and enjoyable stay!

I just love Hotel Estera. I am a regular visitor to Krakow and always stay here. Very friendly front of house and house keeping team, lovely clean and spacious rooms and the location is perfect. Great art deco style bar at reception and a beautiful patio outside for those warmer summer days. If you want to avoid the crowds of Stare Miasto, stay here, its right in the heart of Kazimierz

Great location. The “Check in at 3pm” rule is followed without exceptions. The delivery of the message was not friendly and without a smile. All was good, but the 4-star is for the seemingly unfriendly front seat staff.

Perfect for Jewish Quarter, bars and restaurants
Perfect location to access the Jewish Quarter. Immediate access to bars and restaurants , very lively, and can be a little noisy at night. Staff were great.

I absolutely love Hotel Estera. Being a veteran tourist of Krakow, I stay away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town and usually settle for the more relaxed environment of Kazimierz. This is my second time staying at this hotel, the team are friendly and always happy to help. I arrived in the early hours of the morning to be told I'd been given a free room upgrade, which is really nice. There is a lovely little terrace at the back of the hotel which serves meals and some excellent cocktails (try the Vanilla Sky. Big shout out to the lovely Zosia who served my drinks on Sunday. Hotel Estera is in a perfect locaction, right in the cultrual heart of Kazimierz and a 15 minute walk to Old Town.

I liked it, would stay again, but
Very nice hotel with well equipped rooms & nice garden, good breakfast. Only downside is even guests get charged a service charge when ordering drinks or coffees or anything, i can understand people from outside being charged but not guests & ive never come across it before, maybe thats why the bar area is quiet, the drinks are already hotel prices compared to bar & cafe prices so a Service charge on top is abit of putting. Management should take a look at how the Spanish do it,they do everything to keep you in the hotel not push you out.

Great hotel right in the centre of the old jewish neighborhood. Super convenient with plenty of bars and restaurants around. Very comfortable bed and fantastic shower. Air con worked perfectly. We were on the 3rd floor, so it was very quiet and the room was very spacious but sadly the blinds used in the windows were not sufficient and it got very bright very early so sadly disrupted a good night's sleep. Overall would stay here again though, wish I'd spent more days in this area!

Fantastisk hotellopplevelse
Et hotell med super beliggenhet og fantastisk service! Vi ble kontaktet av hotellet og hadde dialog med de allerede i forkant av reisen. De tilbydde ulike tjenester, og vi lagte å benytte oss av transport fra flyplassen og et bursdagspyntet rom. Når vi ankom flyplassen var det en hyggelig mann som tok oss imot og kjørte oss til hotellet. Vi ankom tidlig, og fikk sette igjen koffertene våre på hotellet mens vi begynte å utforske nærområdet. Et super koselig marked rett ved siden av, og på kveldstid ble markedet omgjort til ulike matboder. Det var gangavstand til de fleste fasiliteter, og vi reiser gjerne tilbake til Hotel Estera på vår neste tur til Krakow. Vi valgte å ikke ha frokost inkludert, da det var mange gode frokostalternativer i umiddelbar nærhet. Jeg kan spesielt anbefale bakeriet "Piekarnia i Cukiernia Buczek".
