Great location and amazing friendly staff, located in the old town square which east to find and check-in. Location is prim!!! Little noisy at odd times in the night but go figure, I was there for one night and happens to be over a Saturday/Sunday night. Otherwise I would stay again. Ps, this was my first time staying at a hostel and was a positive experience!

Probably the best hostel in Krakow

Cheap, good and central seems to be the keywords for this awesome place directly on the Rynok Sq. And if this was not enough, the friendly and jovial staff proved also both overly helpful and flexible. The room was fine and clean, and the facilities like wise. Would recommend this to any budget traveler passing through or staying in Krakòw. Thanks to the staff for keeping this up

Pas de problème sur la propreté en elle même . En revanche gros problème d’équipement ( pas de rideaux ni volets ni armoire ni wifi dans la chambre 8 , trous dans les draps , matelas avec creux au centre, trou des draps mur etc..,

Bra läge, men högt upp och många trappsteg. Vandrarhem, med privat dusch/WC i korridor (egen nyckel). Synnerligen enkel frukost i mindre kök. Självservering. Ingen fungerande TV (men inte något stort problem). En del betalningsstrul visade det sig, mellan förbetalt kontra kortbetalning på plats (men det verkar ordna sig i efterhand).

Perfect locatie meteen op het grote stadsplein, kan niet beter. Hostel is netjes en goedkoop maar de badkamer/douches zijn verouderd en in slechtere staat. Staff is niet altijd vriendelijk en lijkt er tegen hun zin te zitten..

Man får vad man betalar för

Ett helt okej vandrarhem med utmärkt läge precis vid stora torget i Krakows gamla stad. Receptionen ligger två jobbiga trappor upp och rummen kan ligga ytterligare två urjobbiga trappor upp. Vi hade ett familjerum, med sex madrasser på golvet och inget mer. Privat badrum som låg en bit bort i korridoren. Det gemensamma köket var litet men helt okej. Frukost ingick, rostad bröd med marmelad, mjölk och flingor. Här bor man för läget - inte för bekvämligheten eller för de tjusiga rummen.

False Advertising, but close to Old Town Square

My friend and I both booked a single room and were put in a room of 8. The second night, we were outnumbered by males, even though the website said nothing about the rooms being co-ed. This needs to be mentioned on the website so that people know ahead of time. We left the hostel and found a hotel for the rest of our trip. There are no locks on any of the doors, including the two doors to get you into the hostel from the street. This is a bit concerning. I get that Poland is safe, but if people staying there don't feel safe, you need to put locks on the doors. You never know who could walk into the hostel, it could be someone dangerous. It's also pretty hard to find. Wish there was a sign on the street telling you in was in that alcove.

Super hotel

Super obiekt na jednodniowy pobyt jak i na dłuższy wyjazd. Sympatyczna obsługa, smaczne śniadanie a przede wszystkim możliwość zameldowania o każdej godzinie (nawet 4 w nocy).

Not so nice

The hostel is at a convenient location and that's all it got going for it. The staff is rude and don't particularly care. The bed and bedding are not clean and uncomfortable.

Grazioso ostello sulla piazza principale

Camera doppia con bagno privato. Accoglienza alla reception fredda, colazione un po'deludente. In generale però buon rapporto qualità/prezzo soprattutto dovuta alla location.
