When wife and i stayed, the receptionists were very polite and informative. However, there was 'bits' on the floor in the room that never disappeared as the room did not seem to ever get vacuumed, just the beds made and new towels. Otherwise, all was great.

Perfekte Location zwischen Altstadt und jüdischem Viertel. Gepflegtes kleines Hotel mit 24h Rezeption. Das Twin-Zimmer im ersten Stock ist sehr geräumig, hat eine Couch, einen Kühlschrank, einen Safe und einen französischen Balkon in eine ruhige Seitengasse. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut und verfügt über einen leisen Nachtmodus. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, frisches Gebäck war stets vorhanden. Eine wirklich ideale Unterkunft.

El hotel es modesto pero tiene todo lo necesario. Está bien situado, fuera del centro estricto pero a cinco minutos del castillo. El personal es muy amable y puedes guardar las maletas después del check in a pesar de ser un aparthotel. Nos faltó reponer alguna toalla pero por lo demás perfecto.

Anmeldelse til Hotels.com: Hotellet er okay til et kort ophold, men det lever ikke helt op til forventningerne, hvis man søger noget særligt. Placeringen er praktisk, og det er nemt at komme til de vigtigste seværdigheder i Kraków, hvilket er et stort plus. Personalet var venligt nok, men servicen var ret gennemsnitlig. Værelserne var rene, men lidt slidte, og sengene kunne have været mere komfortable. The hotel was only 20mins walk from town centre. Rynek Glowny and St Mary’s Basilica were amazing. The room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely restaurants in central Krakow.

Prima hotel

Prima verblijf! Onbijt goed. Ligt bijna in de binnenstad. Enige jammer is dat de schoonmaak van de kamers minimaal is. De eerste nacht gevraagd aan de schoonmaak of ze 20 min later wilde komen om 10.30 dus niet heel laat. En er was niet schoongemaakt. En na nacht twee was de schoonmaak minimaal.

Muy bueno

El hotel está súper céntrico y bien situado a 5 min de la colina Wabel y en dirección al barrio judío. Es un palacete precioso. Habitaciones amplisimas, modernas y muy limpias. Camas individuales un poco pequeñas, almohadas finas y colchón un poco duro, pero cada uno tiene un gusto. Desayunos completos y personal muy amable. Sin dudas si volvemos a Cracovia regresaremos.
