"We had a fabulous stay at the metropolitan boutique hotel. We stayed here for four nights as a family of four. We arrived a lot earlier in the day than we anticipated due to our flights being changed, this wasn't an issue with the hotel, and they allowed us to check in several hours earlier, which was great. Our room was on the 3rd floor and faced onto the side street, it could could be a little noisy early hours in the morning with the trams and train station nearby, but that didn't spoil our stay. The room was very spacious and clean, and so was the bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff are extremely helpful and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a base in Krakow, ideally located to Krakow Grzegorki train station and not far from the Jewish quarter and the main old town."
