Stay was wonderful.. all the staff were very polite and generous. Also great place to stay for a vacation.

Exquisite service - stylish and professionally managed. I will gladly return to this establishment.

The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Very modern and tasteful decor throughout.

Absolutely excellent, staff were friendly and efficient. Facilities were great and location ideal.

Definitely recommend but without breakfast option. Its best to just buy breakfast and what you like to eat in the moment as the breakfast option is not very good. But the property, service etc was great.

Comfiest beds in Central Asia!

All of the staff in the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was upgraded which was a much appreciated bonus. Room and bed were very comfortable. Hotel is situated in the perfect location for discovering Bishkek.

Great location, very close to all the main sites of Bishkek. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Breakfast was great. Foreign exchange at ground floor.

Nice location friendly staff

Great hotel great location will stay again.

While it was a short 06 hour stay before our flight, the receptionisit was amazing. She helped answer all the questions we had, arranged for a taxi and spoke English which is quite rare in Bishkek. The room was clean and comfortable. Equally the washroom was very clean with amenities and hot shower. Bed was nice and comfortable. The hotel was centrally located and certainly more nights if you are staying in Bishkek would be amazing here.

Absolutely appaling from them. But 5 stars thanks to Noorai and Sabira. The receptionist Sabira is worth a mention who also made our check in and check out process efficient and pleasant. Wouldn't say I would come again. But I may well do. So I would recommend the hotel for short stays. Families please...

Arrived at the hotel early. I was welcomed by the receptionist Eliza. Very professional attitude and she checked us in with no problems. The owner Gulsana gave a little gift to my daughter and welcomed us all. Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. For a 3 star hotel it really exceeded my expectations. Cleaning was top notch. Anything we needed or wanted was accommodated. Upon check out Bekzat ensured we were happy with everything and asked us how they can do better in which we said just keep up what...
