There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. "We had a wonderful stay at The Houses of History. It was a unique experience, for our family as the property has a lot of character. The pool was perfect for cooling off during the hot weather and our kids really enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. "All is great, beautiful views over looking the lake, except room upkeep needs abit of attention , for example tea and coffee supplies were not replenished and the cleaning wasn't thorough. Other than that all was great."

"Vi hade ett rum på baksidan. WiFi räckte inte dit. Utcheckning var senast 7 fast receptionen var inte bemannad förrän kl 9. Personal bar snäll och hjälpte oss att byta rum pga hund. Fanns ingen gratis parkering i närheten. Fick parkera 1km från hotellet."
