"De lobby was kil en sfeerloos. Overal felwitte spaarlampen. Slechte acoustiek zoals in een grot. De suite was groot en met gigantische terrassen met zicht al om. Het bed was van goede kwaliteit. De afwerking van de suite liet te wensen over. Er waren overweldigend veel knoppen voor de verlichting (wederom witte spaarlampen). De afwerking kon beter. "It was a bit far from the downtown area. But not an issue for us because we have a driver. They have driver's room, but not at the same place. It was one of the best stay for us in the 2 weeks trip. Highly recommend it. The only downside is the hotel is a bit hard to locate. Its up on the hill with a very narrow street. It was quite a challenge when we had a mini van to drive up the alley. "

"They had no record of our reaction (that we had paid confirmation through hotels.com. They charged us cash to get a room. (Options in the area and time we arrived extremely limited). Had to try and negotiate an 11 check out at 9 suggested he wanted us out by 10 (place had no other guests). Very noisey all night"

"Surrounded by beautiful rice fields, wilderness and Peacocks this is an ideal place for who seeks a secure place for rest and respite. The hotel staff was amazingly nice and ready help. Those who travel from East like Trincomalee or Arugambay this would be an ideal rest stop. My meals by a la carte were delicious. Special thank to Food and Beverage Manager (sorry forgot the name) for his recommendations. "
