Stayed in the top floor suite for 3 days and found every penny worth. Great service, great room and great views The only drawback is the distance to Rausu. We did not have a car, but the front desk helped in every possible way for taxi, buses.

The person I was traveling with felt the room was claustrophobia-inducing. It is a small room and only has small window at floor level. We checked out and found another hotel.
