There was a free drink area (sparkling water and coffee), that was very nice and helpful. but reception wasn't physically there.
You need to talk to the machine and remote operator will help you verbally.
Check in and check out are very smooth if nothing happens. but they don’t clean the room or change the towels unless you requested. If you stay for a few nights, you need to consider that part.
Overall, it’s a nice little hotel where located to close to supermarket and target. We stayed there for the dodgers game and it was only 12-15 mins away from the stadium by uber. so it was very convenient.
