"One hour before check-in, I received an email with the subject line "All is full, please cancel." This email, apparently sent by the apartment manager, came from a private email, not through the hotels.com system. The email was also not signed in a way to indicate who it came from. "Excellent location — very comfortable hotel with easy parking and spacious rooms. It’s in an old town close to Bratislava, with convenient connections to Vienna. The only downside is the bathroom design: the shower area isn’t very private, separated only by a partial glass wall. Perfect for couples, but less ideal for sharing."
