"Very bad experience, hotel looks OK, but first due to a problem with their music system, and second due to a problem with a party of teenagers, with fire alarm included made impossible to sleep. The personnel was very kind but lack of knowledge to resolve problems. And final shot, I put a claim an no any answer from customer department. I don´t think i would repeat. "

"I mean I cannot recommend this place more than tell you that from the moment we arrived until the moment we left we left we were well taken care of. The bed in our double room was super comfortable, breakfast sumptuous and fresh with everything one may require, and also to suit all tastes from sweet to savory. The was even a pre Xmas choice of Polish traditional appetizers. The staff, especially the receptionists and the breakfast lady were absolutely amazing, showing care and professionalism from checkin to checkout, always giving a helping hand when needed. Their sauna is the hottest I have ever tried and it does the job. highly recommended as the hotel is easily reachable by public transport from Poznan within 25 minutes."
