Everything was perfect. The location is beautiful, with one of the best sandy beaches in the area, free sunbeds for hotel guests, a great variety of pools, from kids' pools to really deep ones, wonderful animation, and responsive staff. The only thing I'd change is the mattress. We stayed at Mikri Poli Kos for over 3 weeks and the back pain was with us for even few days after return.

Hotel was in an excellent location. Great amenities for children lots of activities to do which is amazing. We took our baby for her first holiday, definitely didn’t disappoint. However, there are some cons.. I think the housekeeping wasn’t great, clean towels but we notice when they made our beds it was just reused bedding no new bedding. We had to ask for fresh ones after couple of days which isn’t great. Room wasn’t very hygienic as ants and mosquitoes kept coming into our room eventhough we’ve done everything to make sure it’s clean and door closed. Could also have a better range of snack/food at the bar whilst lunch restaurant wasn’t open. Overall, lovely hotel would definitely go again and recommend for families. Just certain things like rooms could be cleaned better.

Lovely hotel and the staff/ bar staff extremely friendly and accommodating, cleaners came everyday to clean our room and were lovely. The only negative I have is that it was impossible to book into the Asian Restaurant within our 10 night stay and we had our hopes set on booking into this restaurant but unfortunately it always said it was fully booked however, every time we walked past the restaurant it was always empty with one table of people in there at most. We did however manage to book into the American Diner instead of the Asian in the end and also the Greek Taverna on our last night and both these restaurants were absolutely lovely. Also the Italian restaurant which you can visit as often as you want on an All Inclusive package was also lovely with plenty of food options to suit all tastes. Overall I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend to friends and family, we miss Kos already.

Dissapointing

Great location and facility, lovely helpful staff, just not enough of them. The A La Carte restaurants were always half empty but you couldn’t book into them as they were “Full” once again due to shortage of staff. We were there for a wedding and there should have been a BBQ but the majority of the food was the same as the buffet food offered in the main restaurants. Everything was cleared away without any consultation, to the extent the Bride & Groom didn’t get any of their wedding cake. As the resort got busier there were long queues to get into the restaurants, as tables weren’t cleared and reset quickly enough. The food was barely warm and quite repetitive, we left site for meals on our last two nights. Found an amazing restaurant which served delicious hot food and VERY reasonable. “Ta Adelfia” in Kardamaina, 10 minute walk. This place could be amazing, but it needs a lot more staff to run smoothly. Disappointed.

This is not a 5 star hotel. The good: the guys who drive the buggies are super nice. The pools are clean. The reception manager is very nice and helpful, The rooms are nice. The bad: Lacks the essence of greek hospitality. Most of the people who work there (non-greeks) are not knowledgable, not helpful and should don't be in the hospitality business. Certain facilities are closed without notice (like areal/jumpropes etc). Should have better quality lounge chairs. The food is ok-it should be amazing, Dining rooms should be air conditioned! There is a lot of walking to the reception to check on things. A phone call should be sufficient or a working app. You waste a couple of hours a day to walk back and forth.. The beach is not good. I would not go back, this is an expensive hotel and the value is not there at all.
