"チェックイン時の説明が非常に分かりにくかった。チェックイン当日が台風だったため、前日に旅館に電話し、遅れるかもしれないので夕飯を遅らせられないか聞いたところ、まず一回目は確認して折り返すと言われたが4時間経ってもこず、こちらから再度電話をし夕飯の事を確認したが、あまり遅らせられない、片付けのこともあるしなるべく遅れないで来て欲しいと言われた。台風が来てて交通機関が駄目になるかもしれないのに全く融通を効かせてくれない事にまず不信感を抱きました。2泊3日だったがの朝食の内容が2日連続同じだったのもマイナスでした。夕飯の時間は早い順で埋まっていくのでチェックインが遅ければ遅いほど早い時間の夕飯になります。またこの旅館に来たいとは思いませんでした。"

"古い建物であるが客室の清掃などは行き届きアメニティも充実、しかしなから廊下ドア建具など大きな補修が必要な所も多々ある。 夕食時メインダイニングにヴァイオリンの生演奏があり夜景を望む席でとても良かったです。"
