Although the washer/dryer was small, it was free, which came in very handy for us. Although the room was small with no closet, it was very clean and comfortable. "The rooms were comfortable and the shower very good. The best part of the hotel was the staff. They were exceptionally welcoming, especially Luna Moon who was very sweet. Upon check-in, the guy who works at night was very thorough and explained everything to us. Very good service. Excellent location, close to the metro. A very nice hotel and very pleased to have stayed here. A really good introduction as this is our first time to South Korea."
