Breakfast was bland. Room service was poor with uncooked potato chips, bland food and garlic skin in the pasta. Spa masseuse refused to deliver a massage despite us paying for it. Poor quality toilet paper. Only one room key given initially. It took a lot of complaining and escalating for them to change our rooms. "
