"This hotel was definitely not a four star experience. The rooms were small and dated, there is no beachfront and the pictures were deceiving. The pool was crowded with elderly residents and not a comfortable experience for families. No other areas of the grounds- mini golf, tennis courts- were open to visitors. "

We didn’t take advantage of their spa facilities unfortunately as we did not have time, but it was easy to find the hotel and had good parking. The breakfast here was fantastic ! I would recommend and stay here again."

"I arrived in the evening to a door that would not open and proceeded to spend 20 minutes unsuccessfully trying to get in the apartment. I finally went downstairs to locate an emergency contact number. Every subsequent time I would try to enter the apartment, it was a 5 minute struggle with the door. I am certainly not the first or only person with this issue yet the host had not properly prepared to include instructions and contingencies in their arrival information. When you arrive at the end...

"Big apartment with plenty of beds, cooking facilities and washing machine. No dryer. Water and wine to welcome us. A little difficult to understand parking and apartment location video but manager responded to questions with a screenshot of parking location and the apartment location. Nice unique location in the old city and near the waterfront "
