Fabulous! For the price, this hotel is incredible. The food selection was excellent - we were all inclusive and when we arrived before check in time, we were offered lunch and also when we checked out they were happy to allow us to still use the all inclusive food and drink. Drinks were made with international spirits, and there were excellent food options available at any time of day and night. Hotel style is a little dated but it’s well kept. Service was great, staff really friendly, pool area great. The hotel’s beach area is about a 5 minute walk down the promenade - a minor inconvenience. Overall highly recommended

The property is a bit out-dated but service was good overall from the bell boys to the wait staff. Rooms are adequately sized with comfortable bed and pillows. Food was very good, variety and available almost all day. We had a sea view room (facing the pool), which had an amazing balcony view. It can be very noisy though in the evening with entertainment/shows, so if you have small children recommend bringing a sound machine or avoiding the sea view room all together. Checked in late in the evening around 1030pm and the lady at the desk was less than welcoming, no greeting or anything. She also forgot to give us our resort wristbands (need to show to get into dining hall) and the next day when we went to the desk to get them, she seemed so annoyed that we had "lost" them when we actually never even received them. Other than her being unpleasant, everyone else was nice.

this hotel was good, they could have had more activities for kids at the pool, the worse part was the cleanliness, the carpets were so unbelievably disgusting and in need of change. it’s so bad that i was scared my daughter would drop something on the ground at all times. the food options were amazing, the drinks were terrible.

Third stay in three months. Despite some excellent staff especially Viktoria in Guest Relations I have concluded this isn't the hotel for me. Personal reasons and would not make put anyone else off going. We're all different.

This hotel is brilliant , the staff are lovely and friendly and cant be anymore helpful We had a delux balcony suite which looked out to the sea and front of hotel. Room was clean and spacious the bed was really comfy The food was second to none with a huge variety i did not have one bad meal in the week i stayed . Would definately recommend and i will be hopefully staying again

The best food I ate in my entire trip in Turkey - delicious! The amenities are great. The beach is a short walk away and a shuttle is available - be aware that it's rocky and not sandy. We got a free upgrade to a corner room and the staff was very friendly.

I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel and I really enjoyed my stay. It was lovely and clean and lots of food options to choose from.what sets this hotel apart from others that I’ve stayed in, in Antalya, is the customer service. The staff are helpful and accommodating. Will definitely love to come back here again.

When I booked through Expedia I checked the box breakfast included. When I got there I found out all meals were included and drinks too. What a deal. And the buffet choices at each meal were beyond belief.

I just finished my stay at Megasaray Westbeach, and my experience was generally good with some slight issues. Staff: Majority of the staff were very polite and helpful, with the exception of a few. The reception team are hit and miss, when asking some of them questions, they seem in a rush to end the conversation. This made me feel quite unwelcome and put me off asking further questions. The waiters in the restaurant/ lobby are very nice and had no issues with them. The worst experience with the staff was the 'bar manager' rudely spoke to my wife and told her to move to a different location of the hotel. As this upset my wife clearly, I bought the matter to the attention of the customer relations team, who claimed to be looking into the situation. However when I pointed who the person was, the staff claimed it was probably misunderstanding. Cleanliness: Staff are always cleaning the hotel, the housekeeping staff are very good and very polite, especially Bilge Karayel who deserves a mention for her excellant service. No issues with cleanliness. Decor: The majority of the hotel is very modern and feel like it's recently been renovated, however the rooms are a little outdated though. There were some issues whjch maintenance resolved. The options for food are endless and literally caters for all people. There is pretty much food always available. Amazing location, right next to the beach. Lots of taxis always nearby and many things to do. Felt very safe even walking at night.

Nice location close to beach and lots of restaurants even though it’s all inclusive. The facilities are out dated and front desk staff is not attentive to say as minimum: our key was not working the first time so I had to go down for reactivating it again; we were not allowed to the restaurant first dinner as the reception didn’t give us wrist band; the internet was not set up for us so I had to call to get access… however the guest relations was very attentive after I wrote the Expedia check in comments and wanted to have a meeting with me, but I was not happy to go for a meeting with the hotel simply because I was there for vacation!

The only problem we had on our first ever stay at the Megasaray was on Saturday 30th March when there was a type of Convention Party organized and set-up on the floor below our room, our room was 1040, the set-up for this party started at 14.00 with the music blasting that had complaints from guests trying to relax in the pool area, the sound set-up and band practicing went on until about 20.00, then the party started and became louder. Our room must have been directly above the band playing that not only was it very loud but our room was vibrating our shower rattled all evening to the point that it got so bad and now with a headache we left the hotel and walked the boardwalk. On calling the front desk they had absolutely no consideration for thier guests and we were told that "this was a private party and the hotel had no control on what goes on at this party but the music will stop at 23.00", no effort was made by the staff of the Megasaray to make us feel better, and from my past Managerial positions I know that the hotel is responsible for any activities on thier premeses, the hotel could have at least have made the effort to ask if they could reduce the noise slightly or even ask us if we would like to move to another room, but no, it seems the guests was NOT the priority at the Megasaray Hotel, and we feel that our next trip to Konyaalti from our home in Fethiye will be to go back to the Puerto Bello Hotel where they seem to make thier guests a priority.. Thank you..

Not as good as our stay at Xmas. Food selection not as good, ok if you liked chicken! Entertainment very poor, none on the Sunday we arrived. The quiz on Monday exactly the same as at Xmas.

She quickly resolved my complaint upon our arrival. Upon our departure another lady together with her manager dealt quickly with the issue which i had with the dining area as well. Also, the waiter who wears a pointy earring is extremely helpful. He provided an exemplary service.

We had a few issues when we first arrived and spoke to a customers services lady the next morning. This hotel takes customer service extremely seriously! She reported the issues to the relevant department managers, who not only rectified the issues, but took the time to meet with us to discuss them, ask our opinions on what they could do further and generally made us feel that are comments were not only valued but welcomed too.What started off a little wobbly, ended up being a very good holiday. Full praise to the management team and all the wonderful staff.

Great location, close to the beach, perfect amenities, excellent room service, delicious food, customer friendly staff. Special thanks to Okan and Uktu who made our stay comfortable and enjoyable, you both are the epitome of customer service and displayed exemplary customer awareness, you are an asset to the hotel and the company. Blaring music from club opposite hotel sea view ro
Hotel was nice rooms ok food very good. Only real problem was that the sea views are opposite a music bar that even in January blared out till midnight each night. We were in the fourth floor and could hear every word they were singing!
