The hotel when we visited was under repair/renovation. Also a lot further from the centre than I thought. Good sleep and breakfast. What was good was the complimentary transport ticket issued by the hotel.

Check in was quick, the room is clean and quiet, bathroom is clean. The bed is very comfortable. Underground parking is provided for 7 euros, which is a fair price. Breakfast options is only 12.90 euros. We we enjoyed our stay.

The first room we were given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, especially in the bathroom, which was unpleasant. I don’t understand how this wasn’t noticed or addressed before assigning the room to another guest. There were renovations taking place during my stay, and since I had to work from the hotel, the constant drilling noise made it very difficult to concentrate. I tried moving to the breakfast area after breakfast hours to work, but was immediately told it was forbidden to sit there, which was confusing since the tables were still in place. Unfortunately, there was no alternative quiet or dedicated workspace available. The lobby area was even louder, with people checking in and out and staff handling breakfast equipment. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, with a decent variety including gluten-free and lactose-free options. Housekeeping was also very good.

Good position. Walk to the main town and harbour area in 15 mins, easy walk. Room is small but adequate. We found the room quite noisy from the road during the night. Breakfast was good, very busy and queueing at weekends.

Der Checkin hat reibungslos geklappt. Uns wurde auch sofort der vorab reservierte Tiefgaragenstellplatz zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben auch direkt die Kurtaxe bezahlt, in der ein Ticket für den ÖPNV enthalten ist. Diese Information hätte ich gerne vorab gewusst, da wir dann unseren Aufenthalt in Konstanz etwas anders geplant hätten. Das Zimmer war sauber, jedoch gibt es ein enormes Eintagsfliegen / Mücken Problem, was das Lüften fast unmöglich macht. Hier würde ich der Hotelleitung empfehlen Fliegengitter anzubringen. Bei Ankunft habe ich einen Blick aus dem Fenster geworfen, da lag auf der Wiese eine Glasflasche… Diese lag da auch noch drei Tage später (bei der Abreise). Am Anreisetag ist auch irgendwer mit schmutzigen Schuhen durch das Treppenhaus gegangen, das war am Abreisetag noch genauso. Der Aufzug hätte eine Prüfung im November 2025 erhalten sollen… Wir waren Mitte Mai 26 dort. Er ruckelt, daher lieber die Treppen nutzen. Preisleistung stimmt, wo man nicht viel zahlt, kann man nicht viel erwarten. Direkt gegenüber vom Hotel ist das Arbeitsamt, ein Gebäude weiter steht eine Wohncontainersiedlung für Menschen, augenscheinlich aus dem Ausland stammend, da die Sprachen sehr gemischt waren. Als Frau alleine hatte man trotzdem ein sicheres Gefühl, da daneben direkt die Wasserschutzpolizei ihr Gebäude hat. Zu unserem Zeitpunkt war eine Baustelle direkt nebenan, weshalb das Ausschlafen nicht möglich war. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
