"The friendliness of the staff is so and so. We have a wonderful experience with the breakfast service and a mediocre with the evening service. The hotel is located in a very nice area. Unfortunately the access to the lake is not the best. But this hotel is the perfect spot to start some day trips. One can clearly see that this hotel is not state of the art anymore. "We had extended our stay for one night, as it was our final destination after a coach tour. A number of personal toiletries were removed from the bathroom (presumably by housekeeping) while we were out for the day. Although the front desk staff apologized, there was no attempt at compensation. They were purchased specifically due to medical conditions, as items provided by the hotel cannot be used. We were a tad disappointed. "
