They help us out with setting up sightseeing activities to dinner reservation to give us amazing upgrades room service. They are awesome. "We had a fantastic stay at Kavalari hotel. It is centrally located at the heart of Fira. Also has an awesome unrestricted view of caldera. The staff were very friendly and helpful, special mention to front desk staff (Viki) and helper (Mubin). The cave like room architecture was unique and fun to be at. Decent breakfast served in beautiful hotel patio ensures a good start of the day. We wish to come back and stay here again. Strongly recommended."

"Highly recommend staying here! The views are amazing, and the private jacuzzi was so perfect to wind down at night and see the beautiful view of the water. The staff was so kind and helpful, Sofia helped with any hiccups we had in travel plans. Such a beautiful trip, and after touring the island we’re really glad we stayed here for a good blend of privacy with views but accessibility to Megalachori!"

"Amazing hotel with everything you need in a most breathtaking location. We loved everything from the communication with the staff before and during our stay. We had the half board option which was convenient for us after a long day of travel and it was so nice sitting out for our breakfast as well. Selections were more than enough and the staff was great! Some days you have to pinch yourself when you walk out and see the views. The only thing we had to worry about was the hike down the many steps when it was raining but we managed to figure it out. One of the best parts was the location which was convenient for everything. Would most definitely recommend this hotel!"
