"I was there only 2 nights! Both mornings for breakfast were lacking! Nothing hot (eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes) available. I was told they would be ready in a few minutes. That few minutes turned into 15 minutes. So we just left. On the morning of check out, I just wanted some ice to fill my container before hitting the road and it was empty."

"The hotel was recently renovated and has all new furnishings. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The rooms are a good size, clean and very comfortable. There is a nice outdoor pool, hot tub and a fitness center with all new, well-maintained equipment. The onsite Mexican restaurant has great food and reasonable prices. Overall, the hotel is a great place to stay."

"Great stay! I did have to request a new set of bed sheets. I found two strands of hair on one bed. Manager apologized and new sheets were brought up to my room. It has a Tesla destination charger that’s a plus to the stay. Location was fantastic. I enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly."

"Wonderful, off-the-grid, place to relax and reset. The in-tent full bathroom is great. My wife had never been camping before, and was initially apprehensive, but she was comfortable there, and is ready to go again! The location is remote and beautiful. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. A member of our party uses a cpap, and Under Canvas was able to provide a battery pack that kept it running all night. We couldn't be happier."

"Nice facility, staff is great but the elevator is in serious need of maintenance; at the third floor when starting to go down it is binding up making a terribly unsettling loud noise and you can feel the grinding metal vibration. No elevator inspection certificate posted or mentioned."
