Kollupitiya Trip

It was far from town and a lot of driver.don’t come up to take you down unless you know people.

We arrived on location 2 hours prior to check in from à long 5 hour drive. Our driver told us there were many traffic jams along the way so we were not sure about ETA. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were asked to wait in the lobby only to be told our room was not available as they had a group of people that would only come back in the evening so we were redirected to another - unsuitable- hotel for our specific needs. The hotel manager told us they they had already issued the refund for our stay but 10 days have passed and we are still waiting for our refund. Now the hotel claims à different story to avoid refunding us. This change in hotel was highly disruptive to our plans and we are still hoping for Expedia to help us resolve the matter.

If you want a little time in a luxurious place with great service look no further! Stayed there a few days as a little treat for ourselves and we really enjoyed our time! On-site restaurant with attentive staff, good room service, wonderful swimming pool with a view and the owners live on site and are very kind people! Super close to Secret beach, a tuk tuk ride away from other great beaches... Recommend this place. Very new too so facilities are in great condition.
