The front desk was courteous and changed the bedding with fresh linen on our request. The restaurant is nice, the location is convenient, and overall the property and staff are very good. "

This was a huge plus, making it incredibly easy to access a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options without even having to step outside. It truly adds another layer of convenience and enjoyment to your visit. Beyond the impressive design and convenient location, the staff at The Artiste are exceptionally friendly. Every interaction, from check-in to asking for recommendations, was met with warmth and genuine helpfulness. Their attentiveness really made a difference. My favourite hotel in Kochi

"Great hotel located conveniently near the highway . Beautiful surrounding,amazing atmosphere and friendly staff who were always helpful.Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were clean, stylish, and cozy. Room service were excellent. Food was great and service was attentive and efficient.I always stay here whenever I visit kochi. This was my 5th stay in the last 3 years I hope to be back for another stay in few months time . Thanks a ton Team Holiday Inn Kochi .."

"Fabulous new Taj property . Loved staying in a clean space. It's right opposite the airport..I only stayed a night but highly recommend.. The facilities are brand new . The food in the restaurants are great and the staff are friendly and very hospitable which is always a positive in India . My only complaint was that he charging points in my room were not working and my phone ran out of battery before a very long international flight. Also the hotel does not offer complimentary airport transfers. The charges are five star rates of around rs 600 even though it's right opposite and a 2 minute ride. So guests need to bear this in mind. Otherwise satisfied."
