The room appeared clean, one bed had a army of ants on it We were moved to another. The pool was broken down for weeks I was informed. Entry to the hotel was dark from the highway. There 's a small clinic next door that provided light. The staff was the best did what they could. The indoor pool was my main reason for booking there. I have stayed at many Hiltons this was the worst. False advertising .

Little hard to find the driveway, hotel was fine if not a little tired in general. The people on staff were very friendly and helpful with a decent breakfast. We had our dog with us and he was welcomed with a smile, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

The room was spotless. Chrissy did a great job. Your staff is amazing! My favorite was the young lady that was on duty until 11 p.m. at the front desk on Thanksgiving night! She provided so much history and knowledge about the hotel. I regret that I cannot recall her name she was great!

The room was clean and comfortable. However, there was no hot water to take a shower. The front desk said it was because too many people were taking showers! It's a hotel, for goodness sake! Breakfast was a bit disappointing but the coffee was good. Hampton Inn's are not what they used to be. I think it will be a long time before I stay at another one.
