This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Feels like a five star resort. The staff are wonderful and the breakfast buffets is one of the best I’ve had.

Excellent customer service with a central location to the business district. Deluxe Premium room is well laid out with good furnishings and a comfortable bed. Hot water is hot so be careful.

Citadines Flatiron Phnom Penh
